Great place to relax with friendly, helpful staff and lovely pool area. Good range of facilities and free shuttle to the main resort area.
Great if you lke to relax by the pool but the beach was disappointing. The hotel staff kept the beach area clean but the sea appeared oily from the fishing boats and there were huge jelly fish.

We enjoyed the spacious family suite with plenty of room for our kids and our beloved pet. The resort is a haven for relaxation, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The morning bird songs added to our peaceful stay.
My wife says that the evening housekeeping was a tad intrusive.

Restaurant
Hotel to avoid, no value for money. Staff unfriendly, who speaks insufficient english. Difficult to find arrangement for changing room (our was noisy, near the street ant the lift). Too expensive for few. A lot of vietnamese tourists during the week-ends, very difficult.... The top: constructions near the swimming-pool all the day.......Easy to find better in Mi Ne. Massage, spa: a youg man inexperimented are making massages, with hands very curious.....

I recently stayed at Pandanus Resort for a few days during my vacation in Vietnam. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a fantastic experience. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and had a lovely balcony where I could relax and enjoy the views. The hotel's complimentary shuttle and bicycles made exploring the nearby attractions, such as the red sand dunes and fishing village, convenient and enjoyable. Additionally, there were plenty of local restaurants nearby for dining options.
Would recommend this hotel.

This hotel and resort are truly a piece of paradise on earth! The personal welcome by staff/management (free wine and cheese at 5 pm) and the attention to detail throughout made this stay extremely pleasant. The design was great, including gardens and outdoor areas/lobby. I would definitely want to stay here again. The bungalow (nearest to the sea) I stayed in was large and had a wonderful private patio facing the seaside (and a pond).

Hotel staffs were really helpful, especially if you ask about the local community and the places to get to know about the local community.
There were too many guests when I stayed at the hotel. We could not find a table for breakfast in two days. The rooms were not that clean and they did not change bed clothes everyday, even when asked.

I chose this hotel for a seminar and was impressed with the Champa Centre's spacious meeting and banquet spaces. The three small meeting rooms were also perfect for our needs. The facilities were well-maintained and provided a comfortable atmosphere for our work.
One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have access to printing, copying, and other office services right at the hotel.

Although the resort is located a little far away from the main area, the sand dunes and fishing villages are all in the walking distance. It do offers an exclusive nice environment for photographers. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect
Stay here for 3 nights, The first night there was a noise coming from the bathroom we thought it was the fan for the shower, it was very noisy eventually we fell asleep, 2nd night we fell asleep very early so we didnt notice the noise, but the 3rd night the noise was so bad, we had to ring the reception around midnight, they sent over a maintenace man who couldnt figure out were the noise was coming from, when he spoke to the receptionist she wanted to speak to me, she said she would move us because the noise was actually from the lift, we moved this noise could be heard outside as well, what annoyed me was they were aware this was happening and we thought it was the fan in the bathroom.
